Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Sr. Examiner to independently review credit decisions and evaluate risk across portfolios. You will lead examinations, assess credit quality, and drive improvements in risk controls while coordinating with executive leadership and regulators where needed.

The role focuses on complex transactions and may include special projects. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial credit, a finance-related degree, and strong communication and project management

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct commercial credit experience
• Bachelor's Degree with a finance/accounting/economics or related concentration
• 5+ years in commercial credit (lending, workout, risk management or regulatory)
• Ability to support conclusions via fact-based analysis and influence senior leaders
• Excellent credit analysis, project management and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and deliver high-quality results
• Deep knowledge of loan structuring and underwriting
• Experience in credit and risk assessment issue management and resolution
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Perform transactional testing of credit process execution for new and existing clients
• Support conclusions through fact-based analysis and influence senior leaders
• Participate in examination activities, occasionally leading exams
• Identify, assess and report on existing and emerging risks
• Drive continuous testing goals with quality, timely work papers
• Raise potential areas of concern for QA review
• Engage with Corporate Audit to align review activity and risk assessment
• Support enterprise initiatives related to operational excellence and AI adoption
