Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of related field preferred.
• 7-9 Years 3 to 5 years of commercial credit underwriting experience required.
• 2 to 3 years of SBA underwriting and eligibility determination required.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and analyze corporate lending requests including C&I and CRE.
• Prepare spreads using Moody's Credit Lens and other templates used by the Bank.
• Review borrower financials including statements, tax returns, and AR/AP aging to assess cash flow.
• Analyze guarantor financials and liquidity to determine credit strength.
• Review loan applications for completeness, structure, and collateral.
