Job summary

Inland Empire Regional Bank is seeking a seasoned credit and portfolio management professional to support lending activity and risk controls for the Inland Empire Office.

The role involves comprehensive credit analysis, relationship management, and providing financial counsel to current and prospective customers while ensuring adherence to bank policies and procedures. The position will interact with relationship managers to underwrite and expand the bank's client base.

Responsibilities

• Interviews applicants, prospective customers and existing customers to assess loan and banking needs.
• Gathers data and prepares reports for senior management to improve credit processes.
• Serves as subject matter expert for credit and portfolio management for Inland Empire Office.
• Executes write-ups, covenant tracking, credit tracking, approvals, renewals, and related compliance tasks.
• Provides training and oversight for junior credit staff.
• Manages credit and depository relationships within the regional office.
• Identifies and develops commercial, middle-market relationships.
