Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Senior Associate in the Credit Portfolio Analytics team to deliver portfolio monitoring, risk analysis, and insights reporting for a large commercial loan portfolio. The role involves frequent interaction with senior stakeholders and translating findings into actionable narratives.

You will support strategic priorities with timely, data-driven insights that inform portfolio management and risk decisions, working across Risk, Finance, Product, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 4+ years of analytics, insights reporting, BI, or portfolio/risk analytics in financial services.
• Experience with large datasets and delivering insights using Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, Python and/or R.
• Experience with BI/data visualization and executive-ready materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute portfolio risk analysis strategy to strengthen credit risk reporting and analytics for CB commercial lending.
• Analyze granular credit data and communicate key findings to senior stakeholders.
• Design and manage data analysis, dashboards, and reporting for internal and regulatory needs.
• Own ad-hoc analytics for senior stakeholders with clear, executive-ready outputs.
• Partner across Risk, Finance, Product, and Technology to improve data quality and controls.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new analytics methods and tooling.
