Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Portfolio Risk Senior Associate to deliver analytics and insights for the ~$100B Commercial Term Lending portfolio. You will partner with cross-functional teams, leveraging data from multiple systems to translate analysis into actionable decisions.

Responsibilities include developing CTL analytics, monitoring risk metrics, and building dashboards, while collaborating with Controls and Compliance to align with firm-wide policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related)
• 4+ years of analytics experience across platforms, languages, and tools such as Snowflake, AWS, Databricks, Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Python, ThoughtSpot
• Experience creating dynamic, interactive dashboards and reporting assets that drive insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and practical solutions from data

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of data solutions to source, transform data for CTL analytics and reporting
• Develop understanding of CTL portfolio data and identify data quality improvements
• Monitor portfolio performance and market trends; track risk metrics and communicate findings
• Build scalable analytics and self-service reporting; design and maintain dashboards and reports
• Partner with Controls and Compliance to ensure tools and processes align with policies
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc analyses as needed
