Responsibilities

• Performs covenant testing and risk rating validation for complex credits.
• Spreads and analyzes financial statements to identify trends and ratios.
• Prepares communications with borrowers, including Waiver Letters.
• Reviews financial statements for loan documentation compliance.
• Tracks borrowing base requirements and updates IBS.
• Prepares annual shelf reviews and assists with audits.
• Provides guidance to Credit Portfolio Analysts and handles special projects.
• Adheres to policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
