Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial credit analysis or underwriting experience.
• Analytically minded with ability to evaluate financial statements and reach conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Perform covenant testing and escalations for breaches.
• Spread and analyze financial statements for trends and ratios.
• Prepare and track responses to borrower communications.
• Review financial statements for compliance with loan documents.
• Monitor borrowing base requirements and update IBS as needed.
• Prepare annual shelf reviews and support audits.
