Leon Capital Group in Dallas seeks a Senior Credit Originator for Corporate Credit & Securitized Products to join its Direct Investments platform. This senior role requires an established network and a proven track record of independently sourcing and closing transactions.

You will originate across corporate credit and structured finance strategies, including direct lending and asset-backed finance, leveraging market relationships to generate proprietary deal flow from day one.

Formación

• 10 to 20+ years of institutional credit experience.
• Proven senior credit originator in corporate credit or securitized products.
• Strong network across private equity sponsors or debt markets.
• Experience with sponsored and non-sponsored origination preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; CFA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Source, structure, and close corporate credit and securitized product transactions.
• Originate across credit strategies including senior secured and unitranche.
• Generate deal flow from sponsorship and non-sponsored channels.
• End-to-end ownership from sourcing to closing with internal teams.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities with risk-adjusted returns.
• Develop relationships with sponsors, management teams, banks, CLO managers.
• Represent LCG in market as credible capital partner.
• Lead financial modeling and credit analysis for transactions.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present to committee.
• Coordinate with investment, legal, compliance, portfolio mgmt.
