What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategize with tech: Leverage ERP platforms, credit management systems, and reporting tools to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
  • Write & refine scripts: Create compelling and effective collection scenarios and scripts to enhance recovery strategies.
  • Lead with impact: Manage the Credit and Collections team, setting clear objectives and ensuring performance goals are met.
  • Optimize processes: Develop and implement smarter procedures to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
  • Collaborate & report: Work cross-functionally with finance, sales, and accounting teams to present detailed receivables reports and forecasts.
  • Reduce risk: Manage relationships with trade credit insurance companies and negotiate payment plans for overdue accounts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience that counts: 5+ years in Credit & Collections, with a strong focus on commercial accounts.
  • Tech-savvy mindset: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with DSO Manager, MS Dynamics, and Business Central preferred.
  • ERP expertise: Proven track record of implementing and managing ERP platforms to enhance credit operations.
  • Creative problem-solver: Ability to write and apply tailored collection scripts that drive results.
  • Data-driven strategist: Skilled at using financial data to make informed, impactful decisions.
  • Industry knowledge: Experience managing A/R portfolios of $25MM+, ideally in a service-based industry.
