Job summary

Aramark is seeking an Operations Finance Senior Analyst to support the Accounting department with forecasting, budgeting, labor and inventory controls, analysis, auditing, and operational responsibilities for assigned units.

You will perform daily credit control procedures, supervise accounts, and ensure compliance with credit policies while meeting company targets. The role requires a blend of analytical rigor and customer-facing communication to drive financial efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in service industry with a system-driven approach to credit control.
• Proficient in Excel; strong data interpretation and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; phone manners are crucial.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily credit control procedures to minimize overdue debts.
• Supervise customer accounts to ensure credit policies are followed.
• Meet targets set by the Company Plan and resolve daily account queries.
• Post and allocate receipts accurately; balance accounts monthly.
• Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly analyses of outstanding debts for AR Manager.
