Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Prefer two years experience in prior collections and/or in a financial institution.
• Must become a notary.
• Knowledge of BSA and Patriot Act compliance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Model a high energetic, world-class service and sales culture.
• Contact members to determine delinquency and develop a plan to current status.
• Initiate action and paperwork with records while maintaining service.
• Provide backup support to Indirect, Teller and Consumer Lending.
• Uphold a strong sales culture within the credit union.
• File small claims actions and judgments promptly.
• Process garnishments and ensure timely paperwork.
• Manage repossession processes and related paperwork.
• Handle insurance, creditor and single-interest claims and refunds.
• Work with members to purchase repossessed vehicles and coordinate with teams.
• Maintain proper documentation during vehicle sales.
• Assist in promoting a positive credit union image.
