Dole Fresh Fruit North America is seeking a Credit & Collections Manager to lead the credit and accounts receivable function. The role manages a team of six A/R Specialists across Charlotte, NC and Westlake Village, CA, responsible for credit risk management, collections, and close coordination with Sales, Treasury, and IT.

The position emphasizes continuous improvement and SOX-compliant processes in the order-to-cash cycle, with a strong focus on cash forecasting and reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years in credit, collections, AR, or related finance functions; food/CPG industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with D365, Salesforce, and Power BI preferred.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of six A/R specialists across Charlotte, NC and Westlake Village, CA.
• Manage credit risk, credit limits, and portfolio monitoring.
