Job summary

CBX Solutions seeks a Senior Manager, Credit to lead the credit and collections function across the regional network. You will supervise Credit Managers and analysts, oversee AR activities, and enhance cash flow through policy standardization.

You will collaborate with finance, sales, and operations to ensure accurate credit decisions, timely collections, and GAAP compliance in a dynamic, multi-location environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit and collections, preferably in construction or building products.
• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise regional Credit Managers, Analysts, and collections staff.
• Oversee day-to-day credit and collections operations across multiple locations.
• Monitor AR aging and collections reports and intervene on difficult accounts.
• Establish, monitor, and enforce credit policies and procedures.
