Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred in Business, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• 9+ years related work experience required.
• 5+ years in credit card portfolio management, lifecycle marketing, or consumer banking strategy required.
• Strong understanding of credit card P&L and customer value drivers.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute customer-level strategies to optimize credit card performance across activation, usage, balance transfers, spend growth, and retention.
• Enhance portfolio revenue by increasing revolving balances and balance build strategies while optimizing P&L across segments.
• Collaborate with decision science to define credit card segmentation models for transactors, revolvers, dormant users, and high-risk segments.
• Develop data-driven campaigns with marketing, risk, and digital teams to raise purchase volume and reduce early life churn.
• Own KPIs across cohorts, test and learn, and refine strategies based on insights.
• Work with Product, Risk, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to align lifecycle strategies with business objectives.
