Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Staff Compliance Manager to drive product compliance for the Intuit Business Credit Card, partnering across product, engineering, legal, and business functions.

You will serve as a senior compliance expert, owning the compliance framework, guiding risk assessments, and ensuring controls mitigate exposure, with a focus on UDAAP, Reg B, and bank-partnered product standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, legal studies, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience in product compliance, fintech preferred.
• Experience reviewing marketing or customer-facing content for regulatory compliance at scale.
• CRCM or other relevant professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise Product, Marketing, and Servicing on regulatory requirements for Business Credit Card.
• Own and drive the compliance framework and conduct risk assessments.
• Drive policy change communications with bank partner changes and credit model updates.
• Review customer-facing content for regulatory compliance at scale.
• Lead responses to incidents and regulatory inquiries.
• Prioritize open program items and escalate when needed.
