Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Compliance Manager to drive product compliance for the Business Credit Card.

You will act as a senior compliance expert, partnering across product, engineering, legal, and relevant business functions to embed a compliance backbone in a fast-growing credit card product. You will own the compliance framework, assess risk, and guide policy changes with the Credit team, including content reviews and incident responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, legal studies, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience in product compliance, fintech preferred.
• Deep expertise in the full lifecycle of Credit Card program management and regulatory requirements.
• Experience advising Product, Marketing, or Servicing teams on regulatory matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance advisor to Product, Marketing, and Servicing on regulatory requirements for the Business Credit Card.
• Own and drive the business credit card compliance framework; conduct risk assessments to identify top exposure areas.
• Drive credit policy compliance narrative for bank partner changes and model updates with the Credit team.
• Review customer-facing content for regulatory compliance at scale.
• Lead compliance response to incidents and regulatory inquiries.
• Prioritize open program items and resolve cross-functional conflicts with leadership input.
