Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Compliance Manager to drive product compliance for the Business Credit Card. You will partner with product, engineering, legal, and business functions to build a best-in-class compliance framework and act as a senior advisor on regulatory topics.

This role focuses on UDAAP, Reg B, true-lender considerations, and state disclosures while guiding policy changes and communications at scale. Strong writing and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, legal studies, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience in product compliance, fintech preferred.
• Deep expertise in the full lifecycle of Credit Card program management, including product and rewards structure, card brand/network rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience providing compliance advisory to Product, Marketing, or Servicing teams, bank-partnered product.
• Experience reviewing marketing or customer-facing content for regulatory compliance at scale.
• Experience partnering with Credit/Risk on policy or credit model-related compliance matters a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills; strong organization and attention to detail.
• CRCM or other relevant professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance advisor to Product, Marketing, and Servicing on regulatory requirements for the Business Credit Card product.
• Own and drive the compliance framework, conducting risk assessments and ensuring effective controls.
• Drive credit policy compliance narratives for bank partner changes and policy updates.
• Review customer-facing content for regulatory compliance at scale.
• Lead compliance response to incidents and regulatory inquiries.
• Prioritize open program items and resolve cross-functional conflicts, escalating as needed.
