Job summary

Intuit seeks a Staff Compliance Manager to drive product compliance for the Business Credit Card. You will partner across product, engineering, legal, and business functions as a senior compliance expert. This role focuses on UDAAP, Reg B, true-lender considerations, and applicable disclosures.

You will own the compliance framework, review content at scale, and lead incident responses. A background in fintech and strong analytical skills are essential for strategic advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, accounting, finance, legal studies or equivalent.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience in product compliance, fintech preferred.
• Expertise in full lifecycle of credit card program management and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary compliance advisor to Product, Marketing, and Servicing on regulatory requirements for the Business Credit Card.
• Own and drive the compliance framework, conducting risk assessments and ensuring effective controls.
• Drive compliance narrative for bank partner changes and policy/credit model updates.
• Review customer-facing content for regulatory compliance at scale.
• Lead responses to incidents and regulatory inquiries.
• Prioritize program items and resolve cross-functional conflicts with leadership escalation when needed.
