Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Compliance Manager to drive product compliance for the Intuit Business Credit Card.

The role partners with product, engineering, legal, and business units to build a robust compliance framework and strategic advantage. You will own the end-to-end regulatory lifecycle for credit card product compliance, including bank partner interactions, disclosures, and response to incidents and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, finance or legal studies.
• 5+ years dedicated experience in product compliance, fintech preferred.
• Deep expertise in full lifecycle of credit card program management including regulatory requirements.
• Experience advising Product/Marketing/Servicing teams on regulatory compliance at scale.
• Experience reviewing customer-facing content for regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary compliance advisor to Product, Marketing, and Servicing on regulatory requirements for the Business Credit Card.
• Own and drive the compliance framework, conducting risk assessments and ensuring controls mitigate risks.
• Drive policy changes and credit model updates in collaboration with Credit team.
• Review customer-facing content for compliance at scale.
• Lead responses to incidents and regulatory inquiries and resolve cross-functional conflicts.
