Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in dispute resolution.
• Experience with Oracle EBS (Order Management/AR/ChRM) or similar tools is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with digital accounts (e-commerce) a plus; familiarity with customer portals a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned claims to support timely resolution of deductions.
• Conduct financial analyses and reviews for assigned accounts and suppliers/freight carriers.
• Collect monies owed from 3rd parties promptly.
• Research and reconcile claims across Nintendo entities.
