Job summary

Nintendo of America is seeking a Credit & Claims Analyst to join the FP&A, Credits, Payments and Fraud team in Redmond, WA. You will process claims, analyze receivables, and coordinate with third parties to resolve deductions in a timely manner.

Applicants should have at least three years of dispute resolution experience, familiarity with Oracle EBS, and strong Excel skills. This hybrid role offers a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' applicable experience in dispute resolution.
• Experience with Oracle EBS (Order Management/AR/ChRM) or similar tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Processes assigned claims to support timely resolution of deductions.
• Conducts regular financial analyses and reviews for assigned accounts.
• Collects monies owing from third parties.
• Researches and reconciles claims across Nintendo entities.
• Maintains account balances within credit limits.
• Supports credit management and assists with audits.
