Nintendo of America in Redmond, WA is seeking an experienced accounting professional to support month-end close, forecasting, and financial reporting. This 12-month contract sits in the Accounting & Reporting department and requires 4–6 years of GAAP experience.

You will document processes, prepare reports, and assist with process improvements. The role is hybrid in Redmond, with onsite work required, and offers agency benefits including medical insurance and paid sick leave.

Formación

• Minimum of four to six (4-6) years of related experience.
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures (GAAP).
• Experience in financial statement analysis.
• Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform month-end, quarterly, and annual closing activities and financial reporting duties, including accruals, adjustments, account reconciliations, variance explanations, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare financial forecast for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc financial and management reports.
• Document accounting processes and review standard operating procedures.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
