You will assess existing and prospective customers, review portfolios, and identify actions to maximize credit quality while minimizing risk. The role requires strong analytical and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically five or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SBA loan programs and related underwriting.
• Strong credit analysis and analytical skills.
• Background in economics, accounting, and/or finance.
• Effective technical report writing skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer navigation using a variety of software packages.

• Approve extensions of credit and advise final lending decisions.
• Conduct complete credit analyses on existing and prospective customers.
• Review accounts and portfolios to manage risk and maximize credit quality.
