Qualifications

• 5+ years in credit, collections, accounts payable, cash applications, accounting, or dispute resolution.
• B.A./B.S. in business field required; strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Good communication and confidentiality; ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex reconciliation and research exceptions; determine corrective actions.
• Counsel customers on statements, invoices, credit/debit memos, and retailer portals.
• Collect Resale Certificates for Vertex setup and ACE & DIB order releases.
• Create month-end reports and assist with IT-related projects and testing.
• Weekly reconciliation of invoices via EDI; collaborate with IT and teams as needed.
• Maintain day-to-day team issues, vacation coverage, and workflow continuity.
