Qualifications

5+ years of work experience in credit, collections, accounts payable, cash applications, accounting, or dispute resolution.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.).
Preferred system skills: SAP, OnBase Document Imaging.
Ability to communicate openly and honestly with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

Perform complex reconciliation, researching exceptions, determining corrective actions.
Provide exceptional internal and external customer service relating to statements, invoices, credits/debits, and retailer portals.
Collect Resale Certificates to ensure proper setup through Vertex and ACE & DIB orders.
Create and distribute month-end reports and assist with IT project testing and reporting.
Perform weekly reconciliation and communicate status of invoices via EDI to buying groups.
