Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in credit, collections, accounts payable, cash applications, accounting, or dispute resolution.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.).
• Preferred system skills: SAP, OnBase Document Imaging.
• Ability to communicate openly and honestly with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex reconciliation, researching exceptions, determining corrective actions.
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service relating to statements, invoices, credits/debits, and retailer portals.
• Collect Resale Certificates to ensure proper setup through Vertex and ACE & DIB orders.
• Create and distribute month-end reports and assist with IT project testing and reporting.
• Perform weekly reconciliation and communicate status of invoices via EDI to buying groups.
