Job summary

The role supports loan officers, presents loan requests, and promotes business by maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will mentor junior analysts, participate in the hiring process, and coordinate internal training to uphold underwriting policy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Prepare comprehensive loan memorandums detailing loan requests and credit quality for loan presentations and approval
• Underwrite credit requests of all sizes and complexity
• Ensure underwriting, policy, and compliance procedures are followed
• Identify external training opportunities for credit department
• Mentor and train credit analysts and coordinate internal group training

Responsibilities
