UniFi Equipment Finance, a Bank of Ann Arbor subsidiary, seeks a Senior Credit Analyst to join our Credit Underwriting team in Ann Arbor, MI. You will underwrite, analyze financials, and craft clear credit recommendations while balancing risk and customer needs.

Formación

• 5 years of progressive commercial credit adjudication and underwriting.
• Familiarity with PayNet, D&B, business credit bureaus and credit scorecards.
• Experience in equipment finance, commercial banking, asset-based lending or related disciplines.
• Strong financial statement, tax return, cash flow and DSCR analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving ability.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite and approve equipment finance transactions within assigned authority.
• Analyze business and personal financial statements, tax returns, and interim financial information.
• Evaluate cash flow, DSCR, leverage, liquidity and repayment capacity.
• Prepare clear, concise credit recommendations for deal review.
• Partner with Sales to structure financing solutions balancing risk and customer needs.
• Document the rationale for credit decisions and exceptions.
• Contribute to portfolio reviews, trend analysis and management reporting.
• Participate in audits, examinations and process-improvement initiatives.
• Communicate decisions to internal and external stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners; perform other duties as assigned.
