Job summary

UniFi Equipment Finance, Inc. is seeking a Credit Analyst to advance your underwriting career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will act as a trusted partner shaping portfolio quality and credit decisions based on thorough analysis.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of commercial credit adjudication, solid knowledge of lending regulations, and strong communication skills. Located near Ann Arbor, MI, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support growth

Qualifications

• 2 years’ progressive commercial credit adjudication experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial lending regulations.
• Knowledge of financial statements, cash flow analysis, industry/market research.
• Knowledge of equipment finance products and documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capability.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Review, approve or recommend credit of new applications within established policy and authority limits.
• Communicate credit decisions or requests for additional information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Assist in building and maintain relationships with our partners.
• Help maintain a high-quality credit risk management environment using established credit guidelines.
• Use credit tools like PayNet, Dun & Bradstreet, Consumer Credit Reports, etc., in the credit decision process.
• Identify, analyze, and monitor delinquent or high-risk accounts and prepare regular report updates of findings to management.
• Participate in internal and external training as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
