First Mid Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst to conduct in-depth credit analyses for new and existing commercial and agricultural loan relationships.

You will review financial statements and perform statement spreading to support loan decisions. Responsibilities include presenting analysis to loan officers and loan committee, monitoring risk ratings, researching industry information, and assisting with training and reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and/or commensurate banking experience.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis or banking.
• Formal advanced training in Microsoft Excel preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform credit analyses and financial statement reviews of complex loans, industries, and commercial and agricultural relationships.
• Create professional credit presentations that summarize borrower's financial condition and evaluate repayment capacity and collateral coverage.
• Monitor loan requests and assign risk ratings based on lending policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Research industry information from outside sources and provide analysis.
• Investigate all available sources of credit and financial information, including credit bureaus and industry sources.
• Assist with training of less tenured analysts and review work for quality.
