Responsibilities

• Supports lenders through financial/credit analysis and underwriting support for new loans.
• Reviews credits above $500K for CRE and above $250K for commercial/consumer loans.
• Collects client information and completes internal financial statement spreadsheets.
• Provides research on industry trends and collateral adequacy.
• Prepares credit memoranda and presents to Loan Officer for approval.
• Monitors covenant compliance and reports to management.
