Job summary

Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst for a hybrid role based out of Galesburg, MI. You will perform daily invoicing, interface management, and credit/collections activities for Vehicle Group North America and related Eaton units.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in credit/collections, AR, or customer service, with US work authorization and no relocation required. Hybrid role with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three (3) years Credit, Collection, AR Receivables, Customer Finance, or Customer Service-related experience.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Galesburg, MI will be considered.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily invoicing and interface monitoring.
• Own credit and collections responsibilities for assigned portfolios and develop customer relationships.
• Open/close AR periods in Oracle ERP as part of month-end tasks.
• Manage invoicing processes and transmissions.
• Communicate and resolve issues with internal and external customers.
