Job Title:

Senior Credit Analyst

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

In your role as Senior Credit Analyst, you will assist loan officers by assessing the financial condition and repayment capacity of business customers, and help prepare loan applications. You will analyze financial statements with attention to detail to evaluate the borrower's historical performance, including significant changes and trends.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily Responsibilities: Analyze large, complex borrowers and industries, complete credit applications accurately, including collateral analysis. Maintain strong relationships with loan officers, communicate financial information, explain industry-specific complexities, share market insights, and ensure policy compliance. You may also train team members and participate in loan committee meetings.

What it Takes:

• Over 5 years of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Knowledge of analyzing economic trends, reading financial statements, and organizing tax returns.
• Skills in data analysis, organization, communication, listening, time management, and coaching.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
