Qualifications

• 3-5 years in fixed income credit markets; credit ratings, capital markets dynamics, investor needs
• Interest in AI-driven financial analytics and tech-enabled research
• Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and drive initiatives
• Strategic thinker who can lead in high-visibility settings
• Familiarity with data governance and partnering with tech teams
• Experience with AI tools to streamline workflows
• Understanding AI risk management and responsible AI use
• Interest in new product strategy, PM, or digital transformation
• Hands-on AI experience in industry applications

Responsibilities

• Support three strategic workstreams in Digitalization & Analytical Tools, coordinating timelines and cross-functional dependencies
• Shape and advance the digitalization strategy for Credit Strategy & Guidance using GenAI, automation, and data tech
• Assess GenAI readiness and AI-driven analytics using Moody's data and content as a foundation
• Roll out data governance strategy with data owners, stewards, and technology teams
• Define and monitor performance frameworks for analytical data and content
• Bridge credit expertise with technology innovation across Moody's Ratings teams
