Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking an Associate Credit Manager to safeguard financial health while enabling profitable growth across multiple business units. You will manage a customer portfolio over $600 million in Accounts Receivable, balance risk with cash flow, and partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders to protect assets and improve Order-to-Cash processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Finance, Treasury, or Order-to-Cash operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing credit risk and performing financial analysis for large or complex customer portfolios.
• Strong financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment skills.
• Experience with SAP, credit management platforms, BI tools, or reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer creditworthiness using financial statements, credit reports, trade references, payment history, and industry trends.
• Establish and maintain customer credit limits, payment terms, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor credit exposure and identify risks, recommending protective actions.
• Review orders and approve, restrict, or escalate credit decisions per policy.
• Lead or support credit hold decisions, collections escalations, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare and present AR, credit risk, and working capital reports.
