Campbell Soup Company in Camden, NJ, is seeking an Associate Credit Manager to protect financial health and enable growth across business units. You will manage a customer portfolio representing over $600 million in Accounts Receivable and partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, and other stakeholders.

The role focuses on risk management, credit decisions, and order-to-cash improvements, delivering reporting and insights to support working capital goals while driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Credit, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Finance, Treasury, or Order-to-Cash operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing credit risk and performing financial analysis for large or complex customer portfolios.
• Strong financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment skills.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, collections, customer master data, working capital management, and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience analyzing large and complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business units and with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Credit and Financial Risk Management and establish limits within policy.
• Monitor customer financial health, credit exposure, and risk mitigation actions.
• Review and evaluate customer orders, approving or escalating credit decisions.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales to manage distressed or high-risk customers.
• Manage AR portfolio exceeding $600 million across units and relationships.
• Improve working capital metrics and oversee collections activities and governance.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting on AR, credit risk, and cash flow.
• Develop insights to support business decisions and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Master Data and Shared Services on data governance and onboarding.
