Responsibilities

• Manage partner accounts and reduce past-due levels.
• Lead FS team and coach 3–7 direct reports.
• Assess partner creditworthiness and approve extensions.
• Monitor underwriting, terms, and cash application.
• Coordinate with sales and operations on partner strategies.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in financial statements and FS forms.
• Develop and update credit and cash policies.
• Forecast bad debt reserves.
• Set team goals and monitor performance via KPIs.
• Develop FS financial tools and improve efficiency.
• Foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
• Control operating expenses.
• Other duties as assigned.
