The Senior Analyst reports to the Senior Manager of Provider Operations Credentialing and plays a key role in audits, analytics, and analytics-driven process improvements within a fully remote U.S. team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, credentialing, QA, or audits.
• 1+ year of identifying risks or data issues and driving resolution.
• Intermediate Excel/Sheets proficiency for data validation and analysis.
• Experience with credentialing quality audits, documentation, and corrective-action follow-up.
• Ability to learn credentialing concepts and data; strong data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of practitioner and facility credentialing and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform credentialing, provider data, QA, and analytics tasks per policies.
• Evaluate credentialing records for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Plan and complete quality audits; sample, document, and report findings.
• Analyze datasets to measure quality, productivity, and performance.
• Build and validate reports and dashboards; investigate data anomalies.
• Lead corrective actions and preventive improvements; monitor impact.
• Coach teammates and manage projects and caseloads.
