NewsMax Broadcasting LLC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead creator and influencer partnerships, driving audience growth and brand awareness across NEWSMAX platforms. The role involves negotiating terms, onboarding creators, and coordinating campaigns with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in creator/influencer marketing, strong negotiation and analytics skills, and familiarity with FTC guidelines. This position is on-site in New York and offers comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR, business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in creator/influencer marketing or related roles.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing creator compensation programs.
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and emerging channels.
• Proficiency with Excel and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements and sponsored content practices.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applying them to creator marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage creator and influencer partnership programs across NEWSMAX platforms.
• Manage relationships with external creators and internal NEWSMAX talent.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage creators, influencers, podcasters, and digital partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for creator partnerships from onboarding to campaign completion.
• Coordinate contracts, deliverables, usage rights, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Negotiate terms and compensation with creators, agencies, and talent reps.
• Manage creator compensation programs, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, social, creative, digital, and editorial teams on campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations based on KPIs.
• Develop strategies to increase reach and engagement across major platforms.
• Coordinate content creation opportunities and social media collaborations.
• Provide guidance to creators on platform best practices and brand alignment.
• Maintain creator databases, campaign calendars, and partner documentation.
• Research emerging creators and platform opportunities to support growth.
• Leverage AI tools to support discovery, management, and reporting.
• Manage multiple partnerships, campaigns, budgets, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
