Responsibilities

• Sort current status of in-app content creation and consumption via user research and data analysis; set medium- and long-term topics and goals.
• Increase high-quality UGC supply by tapping off-platform topics and boosting in-app engagement.
• Understand the creator market and cultivate influential creators for Lemon8.
• Collaborate with Product, User Growth, and Marketing to drive growth via viral content, events, and market promotions.
