Razer is hiring a Senior Creator Success Manager based in Irvine. This role leads creator partnerships for US influencer campaigns, sourcing talent, negotiating, booking, and delivering end-to-end campaigns with agency and manager relationships.

The candidate excels in creator judgment, negotiation, and campaign control, handling high-pressure issues while protecting both creator and client interests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on creator partnerships, influencer campaign operations, or creator sourcing.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, and book US creators with agencies/managers.
• Exceptional negotiator who closes creator deals quickly under fixed budgets and timelines.
• Capable of managing high-volume campaigns with strong attention to details and relationships.
• Calm, service-oriented communicator with strong creator judgment to protect delivery.

Responsibilities

• Source the right US creators and negotiate terms across platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
• Book talent, manage agency/manager relationships, and own execution from outreach to deliverable.
• Lead creator outreach, rate discovery, negotiation, and booking with coverage of terms.
• Own the creator workstream from commitment through contracting, onboarding, briefings, and posting.
• Monitor campaigns across statuses, dates, approvals, links, invoices, and payments.
• Collaborate with Brand Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Analytics to deliver campaigns.
