Job summary

You'll monitor content readiness, brand safety, and disclosure compliance across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, coordinating with Brand Sales, Analytics, and Legal to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on creator partnerships or influencer campaigns.
• Experience sourcing and booking US creators with major talent agencies or creator networks.
• Exceptional negotiator who closes creator deals quickly under budget and timelines.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume campaigns from roster development to delivery.
• Expert knowledge of Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram creator formats and brand safety.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a deep network of US creators, talent managers, influencer agencies and representation.
• Translate client briefs into creator rosters using data, geography and brand fit.
• Lead creator outreach, rate discovery, negotiation and booking; secure terms.
• Own the creator workstream from commitment through onboarding, briefing, assets and posting.
• Run multiple campaigns with precise control of rates, deliverables, dates, and payments.
• Monitor content readiness for disclosure, brand safety, and quality; resolve issues quickly.
