Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in creator partnerships, community, platform programs, marketing, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Build Discord's creator strategy from the bottom up with direct conversations.
• Define ownership and turn early efforts into a coherent program.
• Develop an initial approach for selecting and serving a trusted group of creators.
• Create multiple programs for creators starting with fundamentals like accelerated support and clear escalation paths.
• Manage relationships with creators and build trust through follow-through.
• Develop a creator council to gather feedback and guide platform improvements.
• Build playbooks and systems to grow programs without losing relationships.
