You will collaborate with clients, creators and cross‑functional teams to execute campaigns, monitor performance and translate results into actionable insights. 3+ years in PR or integrated marketing preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in public relations, communications or integrated marketing within an agency or similar environment.
• At least 1 year supporting creator marketing or influencer programs.
• Experience managing creator partnerships across paid, earned and hybrid campaigns.
• Strong understanding of FTC disclosure guidelines for creator marketing.
• Experience measuring creator campaign performance and reporting.
• Collaborative mindset with storytelling, innovation and client impact.

Responsibilities

• Creator Strategy & Partnership Management: Support development and execution of creator marketing strategies by identifying, evaluating and managing creator partnerships.
• Campaign Management & Execution: Lead day-to-day execution of creator campaigns, timelines, deliverables and cross-functional coordination.
• Creator Relationships & Content Development: Build relationships with creators and talent reps, guiding creative execution and campaign best practices.
• Measurement & Performance Insights: Monitor performance and translate results into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Integrated Communications: Partner with social, paid media, creative, analytics and account teams to connect creator content with broader strategies.
• Team Collaboration & Growth: Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.
