Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Sr. Creator/Influencer Marketing Manager to lead creator campaigns from kickoff through final delivery.

Translate briefs into production plans, coordinate talent and production workflows for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat, and ensure content meets brand and legal standards. You excel in cross-functional teamwork, managing multiple creator streams, and guiding creators through briefs, approvals, and usage terms.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in social or creator production, influencer marketing, or related field.
• Experience across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and Meta platforms.
• Experience coordinating creator content production, approvals, contracts, and delivery.
• Experience with creator contracts and usage terms.

Responsibilities

• Translate briefs into production guidance for creators.
• Manage creator content production from briefing to delivery.
• Coordinate production timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
• Guide creators through brand, legal, and platform requirements.
• Review content for brand alignment and quality control.
• Coordinate with talent reps and production vendors.
