Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a mid-level Creator/Influencer Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and lead influencer campaigns for clients. You will source and cast creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and more, while supporting with talent outreach, contracts, and content delivery in collaboration with production and project teams.

You will engage with clients directly, shape casting strategies, and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment typical of Growth Invention projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in influencer marketing or creator casting within an agency or brand environment.
• Experience sourcing, vetting, and managing creator partnerships across major platforms.
• Familiarity with contracts or legal communications and client-facing collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Source, vet, and present data-informed creator recommendations aligned with brand strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with talent, agencies, and managers.
• Brief creators, review content for brand compliance, and manage timelines and deliveries.
• Serve as direct client point of contact across 5–7 concurrent projects.
• Coordinate talent contracts, negotiations, and liaise with legal teams.
• Track budgets, pricing strategies, and invoicing under senior leadership guidance.
