Job summary

Kyndryl Vital US is seeking a senior Creative Technologist to lead complex projects and deliver innovative solutions for critical systems. This 100% on-site role is based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, where you’ll bridge design vision and engineering execution, prototype rapidly, and guide teams across design and technology disciplines.

You will drive end-to-end design processes, mentor engineers and designers, explore agentic AI, IoT and AR opportunities, and align workstreams with client

Qualifications

• Expertise in applying human-centered design at a strategic level.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across design, engineering, and business.
• Experience delivering innovative solutions using emerging technologies.
• Strong prototyping skills from visuals to interactive prototypes.
• Design interaction patterns for approvals, escalations, and safe user control.
• Strong technical feasibility and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to craft compelling presentations and narratives for stakeholders.
• Leads on ethical AI practices and responsible data use.
• Establishes standards for agent tools and governance.
• Sets front-end integration patterns for agentic workflows.
• Defines team standards for evaluation and release readiness.
