Job summary

Kyndryl Vital is seeking a Creative Technologist to bridge design vision and engineering execution. You will prototype interactive experiences and apply AI/ML and emerging tech to solve complex business problems.

You will work with designers, engineers and stakeholders, shaping concepts, validating feasibility, and translating insights into tangible, human-centered solutions across platforms.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of human-centered design methods and mindset.
• Proven ability to unite design and engineering across disciplines.
• Ability to apply emerging technologies to business challenges.
• Experience prototyping digital and physical experiences at various fidelity levels.
• Experience designing safe agentive AI patterns with human oversight.
• Ability to assess technical feasibility and integration paths.
• Strong storytelling to translate prototypes into narratives.
• Awareness of equity, bias, and transparency in AI/data use.
• Ability to define and prototype lightweight agent tools via APIs (REST/GraphQL).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, engineers and stakeholders to shape technical concepts aligned to human-centered design.
• Rapidly prototype interactive experiences to drive alignment and value, including agentic AI interactions.
• Apply new technologies to business challenges, including AI/GenAI, IoT, and immersive interfaces.
• Lead feasibility analysis and ethical review of technology choices including agentic AI safety.
• Translate prototypes and insights into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
