Job summary

Lunar Solar Group is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to own creative strategy and performance for high-priority client accounts. You will translate performance data and consumer insights into actionable strategic direction, test ideas, and compelling client narratives.

You’ll work closely with Creative, Media, Growth, and Account teams to shape evergreen strategies, testing roadmaps, and best-practice playbooks, driving measurable results and client impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in performance creative strategy or a closely related digital marketing discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-focused creative strategy across CP G, DTC, and/or eCommerce brands.
• Deep experience in direct-response marketing, briefing, and/or copywriting.
• Advanced analytical skills to translate data into strategic insights and recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with Motion or comparable creative analytics tools; Motion experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Meta and/or TikTok advertising ecosystems; ads manager experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own omnichannel creative strategy across assigned brands, including briefing, planning, execution, and performance analysis.
• Establish strategic direction for evergreen creative development, testing methodologies, and performance frameworks.
• Translate performance data and consumer insights into clear client narratives and recommended next steps.
• Turn performance insights and brand positioning into differentiated creative concepts and messaging angles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to strengthen strategic thinking and output.
• Design and oversee creative testing roadmaps aligned with client goals and budgets.
