Reporting to the Lead Manager, Creative Services, you will manage intake and briefs, drive cross‑functional collaboration with Brand, Product, Packaging Engineering, Photography and Digital teams, and ensure all work meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in creative management, brand marketing, or omni-channel role.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, prioritization, planning and execution of creative projects across packaging and digital assets.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish timelines, requirements and deliverables.
• Drive workflows, resource planning and process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, Packaging Engineering, Photography and Digital teams.
• Lead the creative brief process with clearly defined objectives and timelines.
• Ensure creative work aligns with brand guidelines, marketing objectives and quality standards.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support project execution.
