Job summary

Catalyst Brands in Plano, Texas is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative Project Management to lead a team of Creative Project Managers and drive complex campaigns from inception to delivery.

You will partner with Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, and agencies to ensure clear priorities, governance, and timely delivery while safeguarding capacity and driving process improvements. Hybrid work model – in-office Mon-Thu.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading creative project management, integrated marketing, or equivalent in-house/agency environments.
• Proven leadership of managers and senior contributors, with feedback and development.
• Strong understanding of creative development and production across channels; translate objectives into executable work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Creative Project Managers.
• Oversee intake, scoping, briefs, milestones, reviews, approvals, production, and delivery.
• Directly manage complex, high-visibility campaigns (seasonal, integrations, e-commerce).
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities, capacity, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Clarify inputs, ownership, and deadlines; elevate risks with options.
• Partner across Marketing, Creative, E-commerce, Media, and agencies to define objectives and timelines.
